Text appointment reminders have proved beneficial to our patients in keeping their scheduled appointment times.
We are in-network providers for all major health insurance companies. We bill primary and secondary carriers for our patients' convenience. We also participate with most workers compensation carrier networks in the state. Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards for payment of co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance. Non-covered services are available at a discount through patient participation in ChiroHealth USA. Our insurance specialist will verify benefits and discuss your individual plan with you prior to your initial appointment. Payment plans can be discussed upon request.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
